Yes. Frank’s Handyman Solutions can provide a free estimate for most typical home repairs. For jobs requiring less than 3 days of work, we apply hourly rate charges. For larger non-insurance jobs, I would provide a written proposal. Our services are billed at an hourly rate. You only pay for the time that is required to complete the work.
Yes. All work is backed by a workmanship service guarantee. If for some reason you are dissatisfied, I will do what it takes to make you a truly satisfied client. If there is an issue with a particular material or product, I would direct you toward the manufacturer’s warranty.
